You can complete your purchase without creating an account. Registering an account allows you to save your information for future orders, track order status, view new arrivals, create a wishlist and subscribe to our official newsletter.

 

Inventory Notice

Our online inventory is updated regularly. Due to real-time order placement, occasionally an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases, we will contact you promptly via email and offer restock information or alternative recommendations.

 

Product Prices

All product prices are displayed in US Dollars. Prices are fixed for online orders and updated according to market and brand policy. Please refer to the price shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

 

Ring Sizes

Ring size standards vary by brand and design. Please check our Size Guide on each product page before ordering. Ring fit may also vary by band width, thickness and style. For size inquiries, please contact us at info@xtaste-jewelry.com prior to purchase.

 

Tax & Duty

All online orders do not support in-store tax-free service. Import duties, taxes and customs fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer and are charged by your local customs authority according to local regulations.

 

Delivery Notice

We do not deliver to parcel lockers, hotels or temporary accommodation addresses. All orders are limited to one shipping address per checkout; please place separate orders if multiple delivery addresses are needed.

Placing Your Order

You may add multiple items to one order. All pieces will be packaged individually and shipped together in one parcel.

 

Order Confirmation

After your order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@xtaste-jewelry.com.

 

Shipping Preparation

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation, excluding public holidays and seasonal vacation periods.

 

After Shipment

Once your package is dispatched, we will send the tracking number to your registered email.

 

Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping.

 Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

 A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $100 USD.

We ship via reliable international courier services. Delivery time varies by destination country and customs processing. We cannot guarantee exact delivery transit time once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are payable by the customer upon arrival.

 

Packaging & Gift Service

All jewelry is packed with official brand gift boxes and protective materials. We use paperless invoices for privacy and environmental protection. No price receipt will be included in the parcel for gift orders.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and JCB. One payment method per order only. Please ensure the cardholder name matches the order contact information to avoid processing delays.

 

Cancellation, Exchange & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and processed, order cancellation is not accepted. Please verify all item details, size and shipping address carefully before checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept 7-day no-reason returns or exchanges.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

 Dissatisfaction with screen color, slight color difference, style or size fitting

 Return without prior contact and approval from our customer service

 Damaged, removed or missing original tags, labels, packaging and accessories

 Item has been worn, altered, cleaned or modified in any way

 Signs of dirt, scratches, odor contamination from perfume, tobacco or pets

 Original jewelry box is damaged due to improper outer packaging

 Any condition that makes the item unsellable again

 

Defective or Incorrect Item

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped item, please contact our customer service immediately at info@xtaste-jewelry.com with order number and clear photos. We will verify the issue and arrange replacement or full refund at our cost.

Return shipping cost will be covered by XTASTE Jewelry only for confirmed defective or wrong-item delivery.

 

Refund Process

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing time depends on your bank or card company’s billing cycle.

 

Jewelry Care

All XTASTE Jewelry pieces are handmade with premium materials. Please follow the care instructions below to maintain their appearance and quality:

 Avoid strong impact, bending or excessive force to prevent deformation and breakage.

 Remove jewelry during sports, sleeping, bathing, labor or infant care activities.

 Keep away from perfume, cosmetics, chlorine, hot springs and chemical liquids.

 Store separately in a dry, sealed jewelry box to avoid scratches, oxidation and moisture damage.

 Silver-toned pieces may naturally tarnish over time; wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after each wear.

 Enamel, natural fabric and pearl accessories are sensitive to heat, humidity and sharp objects; please handle with extra care.
